PE release is a smooth protective film for the rubber and tire industry. The rubber curing process for tires, retreads, rubber sheeting, patches and linings.  We use specially formulated polyethylene compounds that do not interact with the other materials present in the various rubber compounds. 

Improves yield (Up to *0 times) on standard films. Potential cost savings over embossed films reduces the number of roll changes, improves the efficiency of the manufacturing process. Reduces the amount of waste in production.  Can be made from **0% recycled material reduces the amount of space required to store the product, has high mechanical properties and can be smooth or diamond shape textured.
